I built the SmartHome+ Intelligence & Automation portfolio from nothing — no team, no roadmap, no precedent. Defined the vision, established the operating model, and aligned engineering, commercial, and executive stakeholders around a platform with meaningful long-term differentiation.

I develop PMs, build the conditions for teams to do their best work, and consistently pull scope upward — because the problems worth solving rarely sit neatly inside one person's mandate.

  • Defined north-star vision, operating model, and roadmap from scratch — aligning engineering, commercial, and executive stakeholders around a platform with long-term strategic differentiation.
  • Bridge TELUS, device manufacturers, and platform teams — aligning firmware, cloud integrations, and feature design across the full stack.
  • Diagnose and resolve cross-layer reliability issues (mobile ↔ cloud ↔ firmware ↔ Wi-Fi) through telemetry analysis and cross-functional coordination.
