I lead the SmartHome+ Intelligence & Automation portfolio at TELUS — translating household data into awareness, guidance, and action. The work spans alerts, insights, recommendations, and routines, with a north star of moving customers from reactive device management toward something closer to an intelligent home.

I built this portfolio from scratch: defined the vision, established the operating model, and aligned engineering, commercial, and executive stakeholders across a highly interconnected platform.

I develop PMs, shape team culture, and consistently operate at a scope beyond my title — because the problems worth solving rarely fit neatly inside one.

  • Defined north-star vision, operating model, and roadmap from scratch — aligning engineering, commercial, and executive stakeholders around a platform with long-term strategic differentiation.
  • Own strategy and roadmap for smart home automation and video products across mobile, backend, and connected hardware.
  • Bridge TELUS, device manufacturers, and platform teams — aligning firmware, cloud integrations, and feature design across the full stack.
  • Diagnose and resolve cross-layer reliability issues (mobile ↔ cloud ↔ firmware ↔ Wi-Fi) through telemetry analysis and cross-functional coordination.
  • Translate complex technical findings into clear roadmap priorities and exec-ready insights.
  • Mentor junior PMs and shape team rituals that improve execution velocity and alignment.
